Project “Southern Industrial District”
The Southern Industrial District is the first in the Republic of Mari El industrial park. The project provides for creation of 36 land plots with an area from 1.1 to 17 ha designated for construction of various industrial facilities with different specialization. Within the project, a scheme of the road network of the industrial district was developed with regard to large vehicle traffic. Также Further, matters of provision of the industrial sites with utilities were solved.
Using the funds of the republican budget as well as the attracted financial resources, it is planned to replace the existing utilities within the sites and construct new ones with the prospect to develop the regional industry. The industrial facilities are planned to be constructed from the funds of private investors.
